Adult Mother & Daughter Relationship Healing
A healthy connection between adult daughters and mothers is very important. Many challenges, including past offenses and ineffective communication are barriers to mutually enjoyable connections. I work with adult daughters and mothers who are committed to cultivating a rich and satisfying relationship with one another even when there is a strain in the relationship.
I assist families who need assistance in navigating child custody legal proceedings. As a former mediator, I am able to provide child custody information while providing a safe therapeutic space to process the emotions that surface, especially in high conflict cases. Please note that I am not an attorney and cannot provide legal advice.
Child Custody Case Consultation
If anxiety or depression has you feeling overwhelmed, irritable, sad or hopeless, I’m here to help. Together, we’ll process what the causes of your feelings are and develop strategies to end the vicious cycles of anxiety and depression. You do not have to wait, you CAN live a more vibrant and fulfilling life right now.

Yes, all virtual sessions are offered on a secure video platform. My clients enjoy the accessibility, convenience, and comfort of on-line sessions. Not having to travel long distances or find parking, combined with the comfort of the client’s preferred private location are a few of the benefits. That said, virtual therapy is not for everyone and we can assess if this is appropriate for you during a complimentary 15 minute consultation. In-person sessions are not provided at this time.
-
I typically meet with my clients weekly or every other week based on what is clinically appropriate. After meeting their goals, some clients continue with monthly maintenance sessions while others conclude their treatment. According to the American Psychological Association, the length of treatment varies according to the severity and nature of the symptoms a person is experiencing. Some may participate in no more than 16 sessions while others may require more sessions. You and I will collaborate as we regularly discuss your progress to assess what is appropriate for you.
