I’ve had the privilege of working with people from all backgrounds in social services and mental health. I’m passionate about helping individuals, families, and married couples navigate their unique paths to self-growth. From personal struggles to relationship challenges and life transitions, I’m here to walk with you toward YOUR full potential and personal goals.

My Journey

I’ve always been someone who enjoys connecting with others and have over 30 years of experience in helping fields. My path into therapy began with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master of Social Work from the University of California, Berkeley. Over the years, I’ve gained a wealth of experience across various sectors, including Child Protective Services, Adult Protective Services, adoptions, child custody mediation, therapeutic family visitation, parent support groups, and trauma-informed care.

These experiences have allowed me to work with individuals, families, and married couples from diverse backgrounds, ages, and mental health needs. They’ve allowed me to understand not only the variety of challenges that people face, but how to implement proven methods of enhancing the quality of life of those who seeking a balanced and fulfilling life.

I use a variety of methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Systems, Client Centered Focus, and Trauma-Informed Care, all tailored to fit your unique needs and goals.

Compassion without judgment creates a safe space for my clients and is fertile soil for the deepest levels of healing to happen.
